Healthy Families Home Visiting is a program housed within the Kent County Health Department. The program supports new parents and the development of healthy children ages 0 to 5. Are you an expectant or new parent who would like support as you begin this jouney? Healthy Families can help you prepare for the birth of your baby, develop family goals and find help to realize them, learn how to  feel successful as a parent, better understand what your child is telling you, and promote healthy brain development and school readiness.
